Exactly as pictured and the glaze is flawless. Clean and bright, good size for large drinks. Easy to hold, perfect weight, not too heavy as other mugs can be. And well packaged to prevent breakage.

These mugs are excellent quality—just the right size, with a clean, elegant design that feels timeless. They're easy to hold, and the handles stay cool even after microwaving, which is a thoughtful touch. While I'm not certain they're made of Porcelain, they strike a nice balance in weight: heavier than a similar-sized Mikasa Bone China mug, but lighter than most ceramic cups. Overall, they’re solid and stylish. We loved them so much, we bought a second set!

My morning coffee is very important to me. I’ve always liked ceramic mugs which state they’re “microwave safe “ but handles get very hot when only warming up my coffee for 30 seconds. And I like a big mug of coffee (18 oz) in the morning, so it took me awhile to decide to get these pink mugs because they’re porcelain and only 16 oz not 18 oz. But the color attracted me and they are just as pretty in ‘real life’ as on website photo. A bright pretty pink and reasonable price for 4 large (16 oz) mugs. The greatest thing is that they absolutely DO NOT get hot in the microwave! This is a first for me. I’m used to hot handles and cups with lukewarm coffee. I only pop my coffee in the microwave for 35 seconds or so and voilà, coffee is hot but not the handle. In fact I had the surprise of burning my tongue because the coffee was hotter than I’m used to when warming it up but the handle stayed cool to the touch. This morning I wanted to see how they’d do in the microwave for 1-2 minutes. At one minute the water was hot but cup still cool. At 2-2.5 minutes, the water was steaming but the cup handle still cool. I think this is great! Probably because I’ve so stubbornly insisted on buying pretty ceramic cups and believing the false information the they’re “microwave safe.” I also switched down from 18 oz cups to these 16 oz ones and was afraid it’d feel dinky but I don’t know the difference. There’s plenty of coffee. Obviously, I’m pretty particular about my morning coffee. These cups are perfect and pretty to look at. Thank you for making them. I broke one yesterday so bought another 4 this morning.

I might be nutty, but coffee mugs. for me, are a big deal. Good coffee is good but in a good mug it's better. I probably overthought this but here goes ... Been using these every day since they arrived. Aesthetically they're wonderful. I got orange with the white interior. Color is great, rich; the differentiation between the color and the white is precise enough to be clear but smooth. Retains both heat and cold well. Great for morning coffee as well as midnight milk and cookies. Nice and wide at the top without being so thin at the bottom that it's unstable. Perfect size. I'm a fairly big guy and this is the size I always thought a normal coffee cup should be, if that makes sense -- holds an actual cup of coffee, not a 4- or 5-sip teaser. The handle is a decent size; it tapers in toward the bottom so if you're one of those people who likes to held your mug in a kung-fu grip you're out of luck unless you have really small hands. Nice weight, not heavy but substantial. They feel durable enough, though to be fair I might still be being "careful" when they're in the sink with other dishes and stuff, just because they're fairly new and I'm enamored with them. I rarely do 5-star reviews, just because something has to be outstanding, IMO. These are outstanding -- qualified by the fact that I got a set of 4 for $23 shipped. I can't tell you how much I would pay for them because I don't know that I would pay a whole lot for nice coffee mugs, because they are, after all, just coffee mugs. But I'm more than happy having paid only that for mugs like these. Told you I overthought it.

These are very nice mugs. They're a good size and I like the design. My only complaint is that they are not a true white but are a slight cream color so do not exactly match my white dishes.

The quality is top notch, with a smooth finish, saturated color, great weight balance and perfect size. I put them in a silent auction basket, choosing them for the brand’s color match. I couldn’t have gotten better quality and exceptional packaging if I’d shopped in person. Bravo! An Amazon purchase WIN!

I bought these extra four mugs because in the set of dishes that I bought my son they only came for and I just wanted him to have enough if he ever had ghost beautiful color feels very sturdy and matches the plate set.
