Strong but not too heavy.
I can move these easily. They make a great addition to the exercise equipment. They're solid and safe. Comes with 3 heights that you can change around. Could be used for a step stool.

Just opened the package and the middle piece is missing. It’s function but was this a return or oversight? Kind of annoyed about it missing.
