Only time will tell how they hold up but out of the package the XL are exactly what I wanted for my size 15 feet . Comfortable, not overly tight on my foot and don't slip down off my heel as I go through my day. Also, since they are not as thick as most athletic type socks my feet have a little more room to breath in my shoe. Very satisfied.

Great socks just thinner than I would like

They weren’t too tight around ankle and leg. They weren’t too thick or too thin. Just soft and comfortable

Wash up easily to the original white. Husband is pleased with the comfort.

I an a 13 narrow. I ordered the 14-16 thinking , great should be great. Way to small. Very thin. They stretch like a medical support sock

The first thing that will surprise you is the size of the box that these come in. You won’t believe that 8 pairs of socks could fit in it. The reason that they can fit 8 pairs in such a small box is that the socks are very thin. The thinness might cause your shoes to fit sloppily if they are normally used with socks of regular thickness. This isn’t a problem for me as I need to keep my feet cool to keep them from hurting, and the extra room in my shoes helps with the temperature. The thinness of the sock also helps keep my feet from getting too warm. The biggest problem for me with the thinness is a concern that they might not hold up very long. I haven’t had them long enough to assess their longevity, so I’ll hold off final judgement on that.My foot size is somewhere between 11 1/2 and 12. I bought the 13-15 size as any pressure on my feet causes me pain. This turned out to be the right choice as the socks are very stretchy and I have no loose extra sock when I put them on. Even with this extra large size, I still find that the socks squeeze my foot more than I would like. The squeeze through the instep and toe area isn’t intolerable as is the case with many socks these days. But it is still annoying enough that I’ll want to take off the socks when I remove my shoes. The top band also squeezes my ankle a bit, but if that were looser, then the socks might have a problem staying up.I will be keeping the socks as I’m hoping the elasticity will degrade over time. This would turn them into a comfortable, but thin sock that would meet my needs.
