I am writing this review after using the product for 1 month, actually it is a great product, I usually use the set for 15-20 mins daily.Everything is made of great quality. This item was exactly like it was promised . Well packed and delivered fast. This is good for beginners & intermediate.I am a fitness freak and always wanted to set up some basic workout routines at home sometimes due to hectic schedules. This is a good product for the price they are offering.I'm satisfied with my home gym set considering the amount I paid. This set is ideal for working out in front of the TV if you enjoy watching TV and movies because it takes up little room and is compact.

This product is really great and it can be used for the beginners at home. It has been delivered safely with good packing. The pipes are filled with the concrete sand. The weight of the pipe plate is heavier than the mentioned weight. I suggest it has to be filled with concrete by measuring the weight . Over all the product is really good "WORTH FOR THE PRICE". If you are looking for gym item to build yourself healthy just go for it.
