This has a lemon like taste, not bad at all.I have struggled to stop drinking every weekend. I did have to take 30 ml at once to really work and sometimes an additional 15ml . It worked for me but not alot comes in1 bottle for the amount you need to take depending on how bad your craving is. I have a very strong urge to drink come Friday evening. I found that taking it closer to your craving worked better as it seems to wear off. I hope this helps. Hang in there, you are strong and can do this.

For anyone who drinks heavily and feels powerless, PLEASE try this! Don’t listen to the nay sayers . If you want to try something that not only helps curb your desire to drink and also helps with anxiety, this is an answer to my despair and I plan to set up auto delivery because I can’t afford to get back to where I was.
