VIVO a Quality Company who stands behind their poroducts
Quality product, and a Quality company. Had a small issue with a part on the product and I contacted VIVO through their customer portal and received a response back within one day. They asked if I would send a picture of the issue, which I did. One day after sending the picture ViVO contacted me and said they would send a replacement part right away. Three days later the part was delivered by UPS. In todays world I don’t believe there are many Companies that respond in the way VIVO did to take care of a customer. I Most definitely would buy and recommend VIVO and a great value for the money.

Keep trying to improve this please.
This is a solid unit however, after using it for a month now, I can tell you that the part that fits under your chair is not quite long enough and I had to buy a piece of plywood to put on top of it and under my whole chair to keep it from tipping over when swinging it out. Also,it would be a lot better if it were able to telescope up and down easier. You literally have to bolt it through, which doesn't give you must vertical adjustment and with a recliner, this is bad. I use this only to hold my laptop and I have a separate laptop desk for my lap that I use a wireless keyboard on because of this. It's not usable on a recliner as a laptop desk alone as I'd have to be reaching up to type on it and that would kill the ergonomic vibe! LOL. The tilt is not very strong either. It doesn't grip like it should. So... On the right track, just needs some polish.

Useful purchase
Really like this table, sits to side of chair and is perfect size for my laptop. Was easy to assemble and didn't take much time, everything was in box.

Not bad. Might require some modification.
Not bad, but it's hard to keep it level. It stays for a while, but eventually it leans. I might weld the joint solid so it can no longer swivel that way.

Huge Safety Risk
I have purchased many recliner tables in order to be able to easily work on my laptop while sitting on my recliner sectional. Most were not sturdy and were extremely unsightly. Then I saw this one and thought it would be perfect. Boy was I wrong. It was not stable at all, constantly moved anytime I reclined my seat, and would bend severely when I put my laptop on it. The worst part is that the table portion can pivot down if you put too much pressure on the left side. My guess is this feature is to make it easy to fold and store away, but with no way to secure the table to remain straight and flat at all times, it is a huge risk for anything that your put on it. This safety issue because very clear two nights ago when my 2yr old tried to type on my laptop causing the table to fold down. My laptop fell, my daughter fell. My laptop fell on my toes fracturing two of them, and worst, cut my daughter's leg and toe. If this table wasn't so flimsy and had a way to secure the table in place so that it cannot fold down, it would be much better. I am so upset by this design. It is going out to the trash today.

It's my keyboard stand!
It does everything that it's supposed to do, I had to modify it a little bit with the existing one that I had because I got a new chair that's taller. The arm on top belongs to the old one I had, but I had to interchange them because the diameter of the base Pole are different on each one. I needed one that was taller for this chair, my old chair was shorter, but with some tools which I have plenty of, and some ingenuity it worked perfect, so I'm satisfied. Be aware, if you're using the platform that comes with this product it has no lip on any edge so if you're using it in the tilt position anything you put on it will slide off the edge so I used my old one instead so I can put my keyboard on it. The product itself is of a superior build quality, it is heavy duty steel, it's not cheap and it's going to last for quite some time I imagine, I recommend.

Serves it's purpose
Overall, very good desk. It is heavy duty and the design is good. There are 3 changes that would make it perfect:1. I wish the arm was 1-2 sections longer2. It should have a way to lock the angle of the desk3. I wish the angle was also adjustable when the long side of the desk top is facing you.Overall happy with it.

Needs Improvement
Overall, I can see what the manufacturer is trying to accomplish with this device, and yes, it has it's good points, but it also has it's "not so good points." The biggest problem for me is the tilting of the table top. If you put it together as it's shipped, it'll only tilt to the left or right, but it won't tilt towards you. If you make the adjustment underneath the top to make it tilt towards you, then you have to bend the arm and when you do that, it hits up against the center support. I'm going to try and purchase some spacers and longer bolts to try and tilt the tray more towards me, but overall, I'm really not satisfied with this product. But with a few more tweaks it could be much more useful than it is now.
