For me, personally, The price seemed steep but my friend recommended it. I’m glad he did. The build quality of both bottle and the electric part is amazing. The spray has two pressure levels, check the video. It also has modes to adjust the intensity of spray. In all, i am happy with this product because of build quality, spray intensity, battery capacity. I charge it once every three weeks. It has nice usb c. Only thing is, i use to keep it on sink top and the bottle broke after falling repeatedly. As advertised, i used bottles like fiji, poland spring etc, but they used to get crushed. It was very difficult to find a perfect sturdy bottle as their bottle. Many sturdy bottles in market dont fit the head while the others used to get crunched. Luckily, i asked the geniebidet, and they gladly sent me another bottle. Happy with customer service, thanks mike!

I bought this in anticipation for traveling and staying in hotels. I have cheap bidet addons on my home toilets that I really love so I wanted to be able to bidet while traveling. This cost the same price as one of my home bidets. So, we're 19 days in a hotel and I brought this little guy along. He's used 3-4 times a day by me, 1-2 times by my partner, and needs recharged every 3-4 days. Great for spraying female parts after urinating! Really do love to rinse off frequently. Though, if I would have bought a hand-squeeze one or "peri bottle" it would do the exact same job without ever needing recharging. It's horrible for spraying mess off after a bowel movement. It just isn't powerful enough to actually clean. Anyone who is telling you different is walking around with stains. It is helpful to wash off about half of the residue, but you will never actually come clean from it no matter what setting or angle. Very frustrating. Unfortunately, today I've come to realize that it's dying despite its recent recharge only about 8 hours ago. You can hear the motor struggling and the power has definitely diminished. So, into the trash it will go soon enough. Can't recommend this.

This is amazing for travel! I have genie bidets in all of my toilets at home so going on vacation without a bidet isn’t fun. The power and pressure of it is great. I no longer need flushable wipes when out of town

Updated to 3 stars: reached out to the company directly via their website and they sent me a no charge replacement without any questions. If this one lasts longer than 3 months, I will update again. Great customer service. Worked great for our camper. Charge died and it will not recharge, even after a full day charging. Works for 2 seconds and shuts off with red light blinking again. Do not buy this.

It is a very good portable bidet for what it does. I just wished it had a slightly higher pressure. Also I have to make sure the that the bottle is properly tightened to the spray unit, its only takes a quarter turn . For these two two reasons, I have to give it a four star, otherwise I would have given a five star.

I use this at home and when we go on trips. I appreciate the extra clean and not going through flushable wipes as much. The device is straight forward, sturdy and it stays charged for a few days.

This was originally a great review but it randomly stopped working after not much use. It turns on for a moment and flashes the red light. I've charged it repeatedly and it either doesn't actually charge, doesn't hold the charge, or is just broken. Their website has no documentation whatsoever so I have no idea what that red light is supposed to mean. For something this expensive that is not acceptable.
