Recommended by my yoga teacher for lower back pain. Alleviated immediately. Really helps penetrate the skin deep to soothe the aches and pains you have by intensifying heat impulses and boost circulation to the site of pain. Been using it in the last 8 months. Also used on knee with similar results. Really helped with the knee pain, what a difference without the need for painkillers. Very kind to the skin. White version leaves no coloured residue. Not greasy either. Wonderful to use. If I go out for a day, I always have the pot in my bag. I even apply it on my bare skin as mosquito repellent on hot evenings. I also bought one pack of six pots for my mum on mother’s day. They came in a very nice box. Mum is happily amazed by how effective it is. She uses this on her muscles every time a flare up comes up. Many times it is the only thing that helps relief her headache. The pot is tiny, however, it is potent and effective, a little goes a long way, and considering the price, it is reasonable and I highly recommend it.

Amazing muscle pain relief!
Wow, this stuff is amazing! I have some real muscle aches going on in my side and back. Within seconds of applying the balm, it worked its magic!

Good for mild aches pains and tension
I like this it seems to work well for muscle aches and tension it’s good for the price actually the only thing I’d say it’s not the best if you have pain like fibromyalgia I have to use something else for those pains

You only need a little bit as it goes a long way. Penetrates deep muscle pain and neck ache
I am suffering with cervical spinal pain due to muscoskeletal issurles linked to stress and anxiety. I rubbed this on tender areas and within 5 mins the pain and tenderness was hardly noticeable. Only used a tiny bit aswell. I'll deffo use this again. Great stuff!!!!

Great remedy
This has really helped. I had a problem with a sore foot but it worked. I'd recommend this to anyone.
