TECHEF - Frittata and Omelette Pan, Coated with New Teflon Select/Non-Stick Coating (PFOA Free) (Purple)

It's a nice pan which I've used to make omelettes and hash browns as another reviewer suggested. Turning an omelette is really easy since it has two pans and the results are satisfying since I get a crispy golden omelette on both sides, something I had never been able to do on a normal pan. I do recommend these kind of pans if you're into cooking eggs and things that have to be turned.

My wife had one similar for years and always loved the ease of making omelettes. She is now delighted to have one that is even better made, it’s great for making the perfect omelette.

We had a previous two part (Spanish) omelette pan, but the non-stick coating became ineffective, so, we decided to order a replacement. This one is certainly far from cheap, but we got ours as a warehouse deal (effectively second hand), which made it a bit cheaper. It certainly makes a pretty mean omelette, although the threat of burning your fingers is possible if you don't use the supplied silicon heat shield pad. There is something of a technique to using it, but there are plenty of videos online to learn from. Certainly, it gives excellent looking and tasting omelettes.

Excellent quality, does take some practice when and how to flip pan without gloop coming out the side ( or it’s just me being dumb lol ). time to experiment with different toppings mmmmmmmm.

Great pan, great product.

Although we haven’t use this yet, seems to be of good quality. It has a good weight to it which usually provides good heat distribution.

I had been searching for an omelet pan like I had growing up. This one works great, non stick (I used olive oil spray, too). Cooked up some veggies and added the egg mixture to both sides, cooked over medium heat and flipped the mixture easily. Very happy with purchase!

The no-stick coating actually works. A little butter and you're good to go. You can easily flip the omelette back and forth till you get the right amount of brown on top and bottom, and for once I didn't end up with scrambled eggs.This really is as advertised. Brings breakfast up a level.

Preparo huevos, omelet, huevos estrellados volteados, atún fresco, se puede dar vuelta muy fácilmente sin tener que estar batallando con la pala, basta voltear el sartén. Al mantenerse tapado se cuece todo más rápido y mejor. La recomiendo mucho!
