For me an excellent product. It says results in 30 or more days however I got great results in less than 48 hours. Thank goodness this product exists, great price too. I have been sharing the brand with others. I was having a very difficult time (understatement), and now really so much better, and improved quality of life. I also get 20+ minutes a day of sunlight and this combination has been exceptional. Thank you again for this great product.

Firstly, if you’re looking at this product, you’re probably wondering what is wrong with you and how you might fix it. Girl, I know. I get it. I felt like I was loosing my mind. Night sweats, mood swings, crying for no good reason - all day, restless legs at night, weight gain, phantom periods, aches and pains, severe fatigue… the list goes on. I’m only 37. I can’t be in Menopause. Right?? I actually left my job because I felt like I was loosing my mind. I researched perimenopause when my sister told me her doctor had diagnosed her as being in that stage. I had never heard of it before. I went to CVS and wouldn’t you know it, this was the ONLY PRODUCT AVAILABLE in the whole store! For something that EVERY WOMAN goes through for 7-10 YEARS!! 🤯 I listened to podcasts, dialed back, let go of things that were causing me too much stress and anxiety. I prayed. I started taking supplements to support my body. I talked to my doctor. I thought maybe Hormone Replacement Therapy would be needed. But really, what I needed was to find a new job, talk to my husband, learn how to make time for myself instead of blaming myself, and take THIS. I started 3 months ago, and I have noticed a total shift. (I also take a good probiotic, soluble fiber, and a D3/magnesium blend for the RLS.) First, the panic attacks went away. Then, I stopped having those 1 or 2 days a month where I just couldn’t stop crying. At first, it felt strange to have so much time on my hands. But I gradually began to accept a new pace, allowing myself to slow down. My libido went from nonexistent to like it was when we were newlyweds! I started reading books that I had put off for years. I started doing stretches. My back pain eased. My headaches stopped. And I began to really appreciate being outdoors, alone. Stress will absolutely kill you. Don’t just take these pills and hope it goes away. Make room in your life for rest. But also, these help. I know because I stopped taking them for about a week and started feeling some of my symptoms coming back. It doesn’t get rid of all of your symptoms. This is going to be a new phase of your life now. But you’re not alone. You can get help. And you can take charge of your health in a way that makes it bearable. 😘

WOW. I had very low expectations for this. I have tried all the other perimenopause supplements with no success. I was ready to write this off the minute I started taking it, but I gave it a shot and I'm really glad I did! Maybe about 3 weeks in I started to feel like my old self. I have a little more energy, I am not waking up at night to go to the bathroom a hundred times. I have maybe one night of night sweats now. My libido is a little higher. I don't know how this stuff works but it does, at least for me. If you're going through perimenopause and looking for help, give this a try. Stay on it consistently for at least a month to see if it works for you. It worked for me. I'm not saying it's a miracle, but I'm saying it helps.

My gyn recommended this when i complained to him about brain fog that has gotten annoyingly persistent. Two months in, and i feel like my brain fog is noticeably better! It does say it takes up to 90 days for full benefit, and I will definitely keep taking it.

So we all know that going through perimenopause sucks a lot, but somehow someway we’re gonna make it through it. I’ve been experiencing these symptoms for over a year and a half and did not finally get diagnosed until I finally went to my well woman exam and my gynecologist told me what I was going through so she recommended me to get on birth control so I can balance my estrogen hormone levels so I can feel better Because I was experiencing every symptom you can think of it was extremely bad where I could not get out of bed or I can’t even do normal things on a day-to-day basis after taking birth control for two months I did hear about this product and I thought I give it a try. The first 2 to 3 days I would experience some abdominal pain for 2 to 5 minutes and then it will go away. I did have some days where I felt OK after taking it for two weeks and speaking to my gynecologist, she did not recommend that I take this product and being on birth control because it would affect my levels in hormones And cause the imbalance, which I started noticing after a week of taking it that all of a sudden I would be good on energy and then an hour later I would be extremely tired very fatigue not really wanting to do anything . I think this is a great product if you’re not on anything else and you’re experiencing minor to medium symptoms in my opinion. In my case, I’m experiencing the full-blown perimenopause where I’m experiencing over 25 symptoms and it has really affecting my life where I got to the point where I almost quit my teaching job because I was not able to function. I do recommend that everyone get on a healthy well known probiotic change your nutrition intake basically changing what you eat that’s gonna better support your body. Get with a group support club or surround yourself with people who are going to support you. Educate yourself more on your body and what your body is doing, and telling you, I thought I knew everything about my own body until I started experiencing all these problems to the point where I end up passing out and the blood work didn’t tell me anything until I had to see a specialist. A year later I had to see a psychiatrist and I had to see a therapist until I finally got with my gynecologist/specialist to find out what the root problem was. I am in my early 40s and I started experiencing symptoms when I was 37 after I turned 40 that’s when it started to get a little bit noticeable, but I didn’t notice or take action. Good luck ladies I think this is gonna be a great product for those who are not on anything and want to have a starting point.
