Puedes pedir la misma talla mediana yo igual uso mediana en descartables y estos los pedí mediana y me quedaron perfectos

Not made for warmth that you would need in a cooler. The palm is somewhat waterproof but the fabric isn't or warm.

Q: Are these strong enough to hold a hedgehog without getting poked by their spine?

I don’t see why not.. the rubber is quite strong. You have to be careful holding a hedge hog but these gloves should do the trick!!

Q: Can they handle 350 degrees?

Unlikely. They have a thin rubbery coating only on the palm side, not thick silicone all around that could withstand high temps. The coating is more for grip than temperature insulation and the rest of the glove has no coating at all. If they could withstand high temperatures, I’m sure that would be noted in the specifications, which it is not. I would say heat resistance is the wrong application for these awesome gloves.
