The media could not be loaded.  I specifically wanted a fountain that made *loud* water sounds. This is perfect! We go to sleep at night by listening to rain videos but I hate the light the TV produces. This is a great substitution - placed next to the bed. The motor itself, that's submerged in water, has a low rumbling hum but I don't mind it.. yet. I've only had it set up for 1 day so far but I will update my review as needed. Set up is super easy: connect motor to tubing, connect led light to power cord, fill base with water, insert pump and the topper and plug in! It does splash a little over the sides. By removing some water that is avoidable but the instructions say it loses 30% of water per day through evaporation and to refill the fountain daily - just make sure the motor never goes without water or it will burn up and die. Again, I do think this is a *LOUDER* fountain option - at least for it's size. If you want a subtle or silent fountain, do not buy this.

Not sure if I received a defective one or if it just works this way but the water is barely even flowing down AND the fountain is soooo small. For the price I paid… not worth it at all. I’m not happy at all. I’m super upset :(

I had an old fountain that packed up on me. This looked great and I decided to purchase. It has multiple water falls which is great for negative ions (if you know you know). The sound is very therapeutic and relaxing. Its also easy to refill. If you lay out the stones as directed, it doesn't splash. Thanks

I gave it four stars because the waterfall is perfect and peaceful. It recommends that the rocks you get with it should go in the water spouts not the base. If you put the rocks at the base the water splatters allover and makes the surfaces all grimy. Otherwise the product is great.
