Negative. You would have to use tlr7a

Q: Does alien gear not offer gen 5 Glock 23? I see 23 1-4 sadly

I believe it will, I have a gen 5 g19 and a g22 gen 1, both fit with the light attached. Or a serpa holster works great, but you have to go to a level 3 to fit a light.

Hello Mike, you are correct (no Olights) which is too bad because I was trying for the BaldrS. The package lists the following lights: Nightstick TCM-550 and TCM-550XLs, Streamlight TLR-7A, and Inforce WILD1. Best of Luck.
