GoCat Da Fur Thing Cat Toy, Rabbit Fur and Feather Toy Stuffed with Catnip

My cat is not big on playing with toys, but he really went for this. I haven't seen him stalk, pounce, and toss a toy around like that in a long time. More importantly, he plays independently with it while i'm not around (also a sign he really enjoys it). The product is great quality and is very realistic (probably why the cat loves it). Seems like real feathers and rabbit fur. Highly recommended.

This toy seems very well made. My kitten seems to really like it. He kicks the crap out of it and it hasn't started to come apart anywhere. The combo of rabbit fur, catnip and feathers in a kicker toy is really unique.

I've been getting these for years and my cats still think they are great. Depending on how fuurrrocious a hunter you have they can get 'gutted' pretty fast. The feathers are as good as any similar product- long enough not to be inhaled and oh so fun to rip out. Despite this, my cats play with the fur until there is nothing left. That took 5 years and was on kittens number 3&4. If you are looking for a toy that stays intact forever, get the jumbo fur mice. If you aren't too bothered by torn-up, ravaged, and well loved toys this knocks it out of the park. My cats seem to like the size- not too big, not too small (I got 'kickers' once FAIL way too big). The catnip 'guts' don't last long but the smell must hang on. I suppose you could put in a catnip 'preroll' by Meowijuana to refresh but my kits don't require it. I do have reservations when it comes to the price but get over it when I know how well used they will be.

I have a 6month old kitten. His favorite toy has been the furry attachment to "da bird" fishing pole, especially when it's not attached. He likes to throw it, bat it and fetch it. He just chewed through it after 3 months of constant play. I found Da fur thing and thought it would be a good replacement since it's made of the same stuff but designed for batting/rolling/tossing solo play. Pros: the kitten loves it. He went crazy for it for about an hour when I first unboxed it and was excited any time I picked it up. Our overweight inactive 6yo cat also had fun with it, and she's lazy and harder to get playing. It's rabbit fur, and my last toy from them was too, and when they slimed it up with cat spit and dirt from outside, I just washed it off and hung it to dry. Worked like a charm. I'm not sure if this one will clean up as well, as it has catnip inside. I tried after lazy cat slimed it all up with spit - we'll see. Cons: the kitten (he has adult teeth now) chewed through it on the first day, releasing some catnip. He chewed all the way through his last similar toy last week, so this isn't a surprise. At least Da Fur Thing is still in one piece. I'd say it's a win so far. They love it, a LOT. More than their synthetic toys, more than their wool catnip mice. They may love it so much they shred it quickly, but cat teeth are supposed to be able to cut through rabbit skin so that makes sense. I just bought a second one in case this one doesn't last. If this one ends up in pieces, that one may become a special treat toy that I put out for a bit and then hide in a drawer until next time. The creators may consider a cotton or synthetic inner fabric lining between the rabbit fur and the catnip, so the puncturing is less of an issue.

My kitty absolutely loses her mind playing with this toy. It’s the cutest thing I’ve ever seen. Something about the material, the texture, and ability to toss it around and chase it…I’ll be purchasing these in bulk for her. They do unravel, which is fine because they last quite a while and she plays with it all day (and night). She walks around with it in her mouth and meoos when she wants to play. Seeing her drag the entire toy up and down the stairs makes the entire house stop and giggle. The natural material is highly attractive to kitties, and seeing how happy she is with her little toy makes everything worthwhile 🥰

Amazing toy. Idk what is in this stuff but my cats go absolutely feral for them. They’re usually pretty picky with toys but they love these. Note they do come in random colors so you may not get the color in the photo but still an amazing little toy. Good quality too (feathers are still attached even after some rough play). For the price- 10/10

My cats went crazy for it! I’ve never seen them have this much fun with a toy. Highly recommend.
