When it comes to vitamins, I don't like to write reviews right away until a few months after I use them to see if I see any results. I bought these vitamins back in February. The bottle says you should take up to 3 capsules per day, and the bottle contains 90. Since the capsules are big in size, I thought it would be too much if I took 3 capsules, so I stuck to only taking one per day. I did start noticing some changes. I didn't feel as weak and my mind was clear. My nails weren't as weak. But I recently started feeling ill and noticed that one capsule was not enough, so I increased it to 2 capsules. I did this for about 2 weeks and immediately started noticing more changes, especially in my skin. I wasn't seeing much changes in the texture of my skin with just one capsule, but I did with 2. I will now increase my intake to 3 like the bottle suggested and see if I continue seeing any further changes.Overall, these are amazing natural vitamins. There are so many good ingredients included that actually help your overall health. I have tried many that claim to do the same and so far these are the only ones that work. try them out, you have nothing to lose.

After searching for hours I chose Bio Naturals Whole Foods Multivitamin For Men & Women with 100+ Nutrients. You need to take 3 vitamins daily, and they are a little hard to swallow, but these vitamins are packed with tons of nutrients. I was unable to find another vitamin that is so complete, especially at this price. I went vegan a little over a year ago, and these definitely cover the essential vitamins. They also contain things like iron, which is difficult to find. While you can certainly supplement iron in your food, and I am not positive I need it, I really appreciate the completeness of these vitamins. Unfortunately these vitamins are now unavailable, and I will be forced to pick another type after taking about 5 bottles of them. Please bring them back :-)

Great quality product. I like that its a whole food vitamin with a wide range of nutrients and minerals. It's hard to find a quality multi vitamin like this at my local health store so that's why I ordered this. This is the best one I could find so far, even online . With nearly all of the daily nutrients that you need daily. Thanks Bio Naturals! I hope you continue to make this product

Likes: I found that my energy level increased and also i felt a good change in my hair structure. It used to be dry especially on the tips but now it’s more nourish and less frizzy.Dislikes: It makes me pee often and mostly at night time and disturbs my sleep.I finished the bottle and took it every day. I already bought another one to try from a different company to see if there’s difference. But if not than I will come back to this product.

I’ve been through a lot of different vitamins and this formula works perfectly for me. I take one in the morning, one around noon and another with my dinner and I feel great!

This isn't capsule but hugh green pills need take 3 at time. Has great ingredients but for me swallowing isn't issue but way too big. Rather have plastic capsule.

I researched an organic multi vitamin that would not break the bank & found this one. I take it with breakfast, lunch & dinner. I noticed a difference the first day I started taking these. It makes my whole body feel good. My hair & skin are softer. My hair is growing faster. I have more energy. And my BMs are regular as well. So glad I found this vitamin.

I feel great although I been taking then only for 4 days . No stomachache is plus to me. Tames my appetite too.I been taking them over a week now a feel good energize. Definitely a great choice for me
