Huffy 26" Nel Lusso Women's Cruiser Bike with Freebie (Blue)

This bike is wonderful. Im a big girl and 5ft 11 inches tall and I'm over 100 miles in. I read in previous comments it doesn't have brakes. Who sells bikes with no brakes?? Lol. Just pedal backwards! Brakes activated

I guess I didnt read the product information or inspect all pictures because this bike did NOT come with the brakes!! Even so, for almost $200 for this bike, you would think it would automatically come with brakes!!! Ridiculous!! Cute bike but not fully satisfied. And the directions were horrible!

My husband bought this for me for my birthday. I am in my 40's and a bigger girl...... I love this bike! We put it together and it took us both about 45 minutes but, that included adding the accessories we purchased like a bell, Sherpa seat cover, handle bar tassles, etc. It was very well packaged and everything was protected from scratching within the box. It's adorable and I can't wait to take it camping with us! First test ride in the cul-de-sac the tires rubbed a little on the fenders so it took a little adjusting. I found a little cooler that matches to put in the front basket and am now hunting for a basket for the pup to attach on the back. Happy peddling!

I received the bike way sooner than expected and was very pleased with that. The bike did come with a small issue with the tire but after contacting the company I got a response the very next day and was resolved immediately. Fantastic customer service.The bike is really pretty and being a mom of three I really appreciate the cup holder/phone holder, the basket and the rack on the back for a bag or cooler to be bungeed down. No more sweating with a heavy backpack on. It took about an hour and a half to build but that’s because a toddler was helping me. You really need an extra person on hand to help with a few pieces. Great purchase.

It's a really cute bike, I wanna love it but.... when I received it a couple things came damaged. They said I could take it apart then ship it back or receive a small percent back... which I was fine with. However I've only used this bike for a prop in a photo, I haven't even taken it out for a ride and the tire is popping out.. without having put that much air in. Not only that the fenders are crooked. Extremely disappointed in the quality of this bike.

HAVE ORDERED SEVERAL ORDERS FROM AMAZON THIS YEAR AND HAVE BEEN VERY PLEASED WITH EVERYTHING UNTIL THIS PURCHASE. BICYCLE WAS OF INFERIOR QUALITY OUT OF THE BOX. FRONT WHEEL WAS NOT STRAIGHT (SPOKES NOT TUNED PROPERLY) AND REAR COASTER BRAKE WORKED VERY POORLY. THIS WAS TO BE A CHRISTMAS PRESENT FOR MY WIFE. SHE WILL NOT RIDE IT DUE TO THE BRAKES AND THE FRONT WHEEL WOBBLES AND SCRAPES FENDERS AS DOES THE REAR WHEE. HAVE CONTACTED AND BEEN CORRESPONDING WITH SELLER (ASPEN DISTRIBUTORS) AND ASKED FOR RETURNING ASSISTANCE. HAVING BEEN GETTING THE RUN-AROUND. THEREFORE, YESTERDAY I CONTACTED MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND REQUESTED A CHARGE BACK WHICH THEY APPROVED. I AM PLEASED WITH ALL MY DEALINGS WITH AMAZON BUT SORELY DISAPPOINTED IN THE SELLER ASPEN DISTRIBUTORS. SINCERELY, GARETH MAJORS

The instructions that came with the bike were not easy to follow because it was for general bike assembling instructions and it was not specific to this bike. There were some parts that the bike did not have that were in the instructions and the screws and images did not match the bike either. Especially with putting the seat and handlebars. At one point I actually had to disassemble everything I did because of the way the handlebars came and put it back together. I would not recommend buying. I had to watch online tutorials and use my judgment to make this bike and that can be dangerous if the parts are not installed correctly. It took me 2+ hours to make it and I still haven't even put the seat yet. Have to figure that out because instructions are not helpful. Can't even ride it yet and it's been a week since it got here. Also, side note, there are some parts of the bike that don't look like the image either so this is a probably a cheaper version than what's on the picture. DO NOT BUY

Company is a scam. I bought for Christmas. I was provided a DHL tracking number. I waited till date and no bike. I contacted DHL, the tracking number did not exist. I had to open a claim with Amazon a d they to could not get in contact with the seller. After a few weeks I was finally reimbursed. Scam.
