As expected
Good item, as expected. It can be tricky to use it correctly. Had quite a few instances where water was coming out the same nostrils went in so you’ve got to position it correctly but when down so it works well

Missing dust cap and missing the child nozzle! Very unhappy… won’t be buying again

Does the job, the salt packets are a little hard to open especially if your hands are wet.

Good quality, didn’t have cap for spout as featured in instructions but no big problem. This is a great item to have when blocked noses / sinuses are troubling. Helps to smooth inflamed nasal passages as well
