I can't say how much this ksafe has helped me. I bought mine one over a year ago and its now become one of those things that I didn't realise I needed until I had it. I suffer from a nerve condition in my neck and it's allowed me to be so much more disciplined with my technology use by locking it away for a few hours so I don't over use it. The first thing worth pointing out it is how solidly built it is. the base is made from solid plastic and it fits/ locks to the lid perfectly. It's just as sturdy and solid now as it was a year ago. I'm not the best at looking after things and it's literally exactly the same as when I bought it, I've not even had to replace the batteries and I use it 2/3 times a day.The other thing about it is that you definitely can't open it once the timer has been set. I've literally tried EVERYTHING from taking the batteries out to attempting to reset it by pressing the the wheel for 20 secs. I had tried a lockbox from a different company before and the door would just fall open if the batteries fell out which annoyingly defeated the purpose of the whole thing.It's also really easy to use. As I find it difficult to press buttons, I am always hesitant before buying anything with buttons/settings incase it gives me pain but it's really easy to use and quite fun. You spin the wheel to the time you want it to open it and then press the wheel down., It then counts down from 5 to 0 before locking.Final thing worth mentioning - it's handy that the lid and base are seperate so you can take the lid off and wash the base seperately. This has probably saved me from ruining the lid as I'm a total slap dash washer-upper and there's no way I wouldn't have ruined the computer in the lid if I had to wash the base whilst the lid was stuck to it.I was racking my brain to think of any improvements but I literally can't think of any. It might be better if it was slightly cheaper, but then would it? I'd rather buy something sturdy that lasts way longer than a sub standard cheap alternative. They've clearly invested a good chunk of the product cost into making something good quality. My motto is you get what you pay for and I'm not wrong yet . . .

I love this product. It feels strong and robust. I have used it several times for different reasons, initially purchased to control access to my sweetie collection, I also used the time lock to ensure hubby achieved his 'to do list' by locking away his tablet device. I also locked away my youngest daughters birthday gift (given 2 days early) as she was too tempted to open it. Recently I bought my accident prone/destructive middle daughter an expensive new Netbook (much needed for high school homework) and issued rules about shutting it down, not leaving it on the floor etc etc (to protect it). When I find it laying around against the rules I pop it in the safe and set it for 24hours. It works brilliantly. Of course the box is not entirely indestructible but it would be almost impossible to break into without damaging the contents. I can think of a hundred helpful applications for it and the best part is 'no over ride'... So no matter how much they nag, moan, whinge, whine or complain... Once I decide to use the safe, that's it. No will power or strength of character required. It totally works for me. Easy simple brilliant... Couldn't be more impressed.

i've been using this to reduce my vaping because i struggle with self control when i rlly feel the withdrawals, but this thing is 100% tamper proof, trust me, no matter how hard i tried i couldn't get it to open up 🤣 i love that you can add time to it but can't reduce time, and the timer goes on for days. seriously a 6/5 product, 1000000% satisfaction :)))

I use this as a way to limit electronics time in the household - this works like a charm.High quality, super sturdy, very easy to use. Fits iPads, cellphones and more - best part? If the batteries are removed while it’s locked, it doesn’t affect the time you had set whatsoever. Once they are replaced, the timer counts down from where it was. Very neutral looking and I have it stored in my dining room and it’s not an eyesore whatsoever. I’ve recommended it to a ton of people!
