I really love extra bay flavor and this easy to add powder does the trick! And it is real Mediterranean bay. The actual flavor I’m looking for.

Love this stuff because you get the flavor and don't have to fish out leaves or pieces or leaves. Bay can be dangerous if swallowed because your system can't process it. I know, because I accidently swallowed a small piece once. Either get hideously sick until you get rid of it orally or have it surgically removed. No thanks. I'll stick to the ground and this is a good quality product.

I have hunted for ground bay leaf in several stores locally and in a neighboring city. No one seems to carry it anymore. I don't want the whole leaves. I was really happy to find this on Amazon. It is a nice size bottle and reasonably priced. When I run out I now know where to purchase it.

I love the flavor of bay leaf in many dishes, and although annoying, it's not hard to fish out of stews, roasts, and soups. But I also use it to make sausage, and for that, it needs to be ground. The first go-round, I ground my own, but then I thought to check The Spice Lab, and sure enough, they sell the ground form of it. So convenient. I think I will start using it with other dishes as well. Spice Lab spices are fresh and the jar is really nice. I will continue to buy my spices from The Spice Lab!

I love this product because I always forget to take the leaf out of my homemade soups and stews or I can’t find it so with this product I never have to worry about it.

We can’t get this spice at our local stores. This is a good ground bay leaf.

Fresh and nicely ground. It’s becoming impossible to obtain herbs and spices that aren’t the mundane standard ( peppers, salts, rubs) at my local markets. Yes, they have bay leaves but not ground. Rey pleased with product.
