My research found a book by a Dr. Tan that shows that this type of Vitamin E is far, far better than the kind commonly found everywhere. It derives it from the ANNATO plant and is up to 39 times more effective. The commonly available kind is a 'Tocopherol' - the BETTER kind is a 'Tocotrienol'.There are various suppliers - IMO, pick the BEST - NOT the cheapest. A combination of Delta and Gamma is best and typical. You should limit to 300mg a day.Annatto is a natural coloring agent - commonly used as a coloring agent in things like cheese - there is no sensible reason to consume ANY product that uses artificial dyes.Do your research - choose wisely - live healthily.
