Lightweight and waterproof walking essential
Great product and always carries when out walking for those unexpected down pours. Very waterproof and reduced sweeting in the warmer days when compared to wearing raincoat. Wellmfinished and all stitching place. Good large fit and can be worn over your rucksack if no bigger than 30 ish litre pack. Dries quickly and can also double up as a ground sheet or even a shelter when use with walking pole or branch. Strong well made. Only improvement is if a belt like clasp was provided to allow better fit round the waist as can be a bit flappy in anything above a gentle breeze.

Tall-Person Approved: Keeping 70% of You Dry, Every Time
This is a wonderful rain poncho. I ordered it for a 16-mile walk where I was uncertain whether or not it would rain, and It kept me mostly dry when there was a short, sharp shower en route. I’m fairly tall (6ft) and the poncho covered most of my body down to my knees, as well as my backpack; I only did up the bottom two clasps on the sleeves as I wanted to be able to tuck my arms inside so they didn’t get wet. It folds up nicely into its little pouch, so I’ll definitely be keeping it in my bag and using it when I find myself in a spot of rain without an umbrella. However, the reason I’m giving it 4 stars is due to the smell - straight out of the packaging, it has a strong chemical odour (a similar smell to coffee, which I’m sure most people wouldn’t mind). As someone who is quite sensitive to smell, it was rather unpleasant.

Truly waterproof
Protects me from the occasional rainstorms that happen in England. Good quality that isn't esy to rip. Good length for me and fits well. Glad it worked because I needed it.

Very nice poncho
It seems good quality for the low cost. Seems to me will protect well from the rain. It's very long so for me (5 foot) it will be nearly dragging on the ground, which I do not mind, I actually would rather be fully covered. Will easily fit and cover a sizeable backpack. Went for the black one and I am happy with how it looks. There is no smell as others suggested.

Extremely waterproof and excellent value
Bought and used at a very wet Download festival. Despite all the rain due to it's upgraded waterproof rating and it's generous size i remained bone dry. The rain just ran off of it meaning it was dry enough to fold up and pack away until the next downpour. It packs away to a very small size, ideal for putting in a small festival/gig allowed size bag and weighs next to nothing. The size is impressive and came to my knees and when seated nearly touched the floor which i was pleasantly suprised with being 6 foot 6. I would highly reccomend for festivals, outdoor gigs or for walks/hiking due to it's performance, size and convenience if carrying or storing while out and about

Cheap and simple but useful poncho
I bought this for camping ,unexpected rainy days ,nipping out of the tent to the loo etc It’s not brilliant quality but does the job .. keeps my dry on short runs . To big to go put on a long walk with and gets borrowed often by the family . I have a better quality poncho now that’s a bit more robust and warm but keep this as a spare as there’s always someone who needs to borrow .

Excellent value.
It's not waterproof, let's be clear, and never pretended to be. Last night I walked home from work, it took and hour and it raised constantly. I was relatively dry when I got in. I always keep it in my rucksack. Pros: Lightweight Packs small Love being able to pull my arms into the poncho Rainproof Cons Nothing really. For the money, this is a solid buy.

Solid poncho
I’ve yet to test it in the rain, but it’s solidly built and seems waterproof. Seams all sealed, poppers firm. Is it the best look I’ve ever had? No. But it’s lightweight, packable and brilliant to carry abroad on trips where it may or may not rain - much lighter than an umbrella and keeps you dryer. I’m five foot ten and this comes below my knees at the front and almost to my ankles at the back, so I’m happy with that. Plus once it stops raining I can whip it off and shove it in my day bag. It’s about the right price for what it is, as long as it lasts a while.
