Great price and quality
This is a very reasonably priced warmer for a good product. It holds the temperature and is great for self serve in my coffee bar. There is a lot more space than I anticipated. I recommend this product for a commercial setting.

Great company!
Purchased one of the warmers and it worked perfectly. 3 or 4 months later one of the doors shattered. I reached out to the company to see if I could purchase a replacement. They sent a replacement door free of charge. Exceeded my expectation.

Don’t Buy
Never get this!!!! When we got it, it was missing one screw so we had to go out and buy one. During our first use, the glass door shattered and got all over our food. We had to stop all sales and this incident caused us to lose a lot of $$.

Hard to install . No proper number to install . L key they gave with the warmer is of no use . You need to have tool kit to install . Took us like 2 hours to install with 2 people help. No proper labeling to assemble it. I have been using it for a week .it is working fine. needs to use more time to know about temperature . For now food is staying warm .
