Super Quiet
The neck fan arrived well packaged. There is a USB charging cable, instructions and fan unit, with a handy pouch to keep it all together. A few hours charge and the fan is ready ready to go. It is very light and quiet. It has 3 speed settings (increase by pushing the power button) obviously the faster the fan, the louder it is, but it's still quieter than a desktop fan. I use this while walking on the treadmill and it keeps me cool. You can adjust the tilt of the fan slightly and you could wear it upside down if you don't want it blowing in your face. Would recommend!

Great fan!
I've used neck fans before and I'd usually only spend, at most a £10er. So I was a bit reluctant to spend £25, but having said that. It's certainly worth the extra cash. It seems like a good quality build, the extra fans at the back make all the difference. I love the fact it's foldable. The coolest fan I've ever used, for sure, and looks pretty smart. So I don't mind carrying it around with me.

Keeping cool Back and Front of Neck
My old neck fan broke a few days ago and found it was no longer sold so had to look at others and found that now some like this one had fans both at the back of the neck as well as the front and being someone who has hot flushes from late 20's all starting at back of neck, no matter outside temp ( I am the person you see tramping through the snow in short sleeves and jeans with thick boots on and mitts.) So having fans that blew directly onto the neck seemed like a great idea instead of, as most do, just two fans at the front.A bit of a blip on delivery as the first one I ordered has vanished, Amazon contacted me within 12 hours to say it was delayed and could claim money back the next day but with the current heatwave I didn't want to wait until that was sorted so ordered the fan again and this time had the option of before 1 pm delivery, so took that and success fan arrived about 8.45 am next morning. I know from previous missing items that when you are informed it's unlikely to arrive it's most likely due to the van being in an accident or items stolen from it - a van had items stolen from it just around the corner from me last year and I had items on it, within 30 mins of the robbery had info from A to say delayed or unlikely to be delivered. Still waiting for refund to go through but was lucky had money to buy another one straight away - being a pensioner that isn't always possible being just on state pension and zilch other income.Anyway arrived with a charge so popped it on and bliss, pure bliss, it is like walking around with your own Air Con. Eventually, even the back of my neck was too cool so switched off the back fans leaving the front ones on and the power lasted until at last day cooled enough that I did not need it - this was well into the evening so must have been near full charge when it arrived as was on at least 12 hours. I never needed to put it above the first level as indoors all day, which was still hot with the house at around 27C even with numerous fans on and all windows and curtains closed but a full wall is facing south and the sun blasting at it but outside was 33C +So ATM cannot state how well it will hold up over time but will update you later in the year about that as I will be using it even once temps cools down.Oh, it sits nicely around the neck and doesn't feel too heavy as some neck fans do, well balanced. The bag is good for stopping dust collecting in vents and love the way you can adjust the front sections so you can have the air going to the side of the neck and head, over ears or at the front over chin to face.Noise-wise wise it is not too bad, yes can hear it but it doesn't block out a conversation on 1 or 2, a tad noisier on 3 but it is bearable.Did take a bit longer than the stated 2.5 hours to charge but I just left it after that and the next time I checked it was fully charged so cannot give a time for a full charge as still had power in it when I took it off and put it on charge.

"..NOT THE BEST NECK FAN.."
This is an average neck fan, for £25 I personally expected better! First thing you will notice is the fan is solid as a rock and has NO movement at all, fixed in one position so if you have a wide or just a big neck its very uncomfortable, maybe small ladies or children will think its ok but mainly men will find it irritating after a while, the ends of the fan move but only very slightly, not enough to make any difference to the direction of air. This being solid plastic also makes it slightly heavier than expected. After a 2.5hr charge you get a reasonably long battery, it will last a shift at work and you do feel a breeze if you turn it up to max, the fan works better if you have it blowing in your face rather than down your body but you can have it either way you like. The fan works better indoors just sitting chilling or laying in bed rather than outside or at work. others may find it ok but personally I thought there's too many downers to this product, I'm sure there is much better ones available with more movement and power.A USB connection is included to charge it but you need to already have a plug.comes in a little black bag and folds up neatly for storage.

Amazing neck fan - can't wait to take it with me on holiday!
Amazing neck fan. The build quality is really good quality. It has different speed settings and surprisingly quiet for the amount of fans it has built in to it. The neck fan can also be adjusted for confort and how much exposure you have to the fans. It looks sleek and comes with a handy storage pouch. I'm really pleased with it and look forward to taking it with me on holiday.

Big necks take note
Product arrived quickly and was well packed with clear instructions. It works well, as described blowing a stream of air. I don't find the noise of the fans particularly obtrusive. One thing that I would highlight for other potential buyers is that you are blessed with a larger neck, it doesn't particularly fit all that comfortable. My neck is approx, 19.5 inches, unless I keepy head dead straight one side of the vents will be pressed against my jaw.The above observation is not a fault of the product, perhaps I should have opted for a flexible banded version.

Great neck fan
So easy to use out of the box for me it fits nicely but some would find it a bit on the small size so if your average size neck no problem, once this is on its comfortable and fits well ive used level 1 and 2 regulary lwevel 3 is noisy but not excessive perhaps a goid speed for outside, love the large capsity battery which lasts in excess of 5 hours when on the lower speed.Lovw it so highly recomend, remember those with large necks should probaby buy another type my neck is a 16 and i estimate it would fit up to an 18 hope this helps.Ps put it on from back to front is my advice
