One of the best Aioli spreads
I use the scallion aioli in tuna instead of regular mayo or sometimes half & half. Gives tuna salad an extra kick. Also great in egg salad

Nice flavor profile and texture. The conceivable downside is identifying highly compatible other variables.Scallion though palatable can still get too predictable and not as nuanced as say Lemon Herb Aioli.Thus excitement may fluctuate after trying.Hopefully they’re weighing adding an herb (fenugreek? Or similar) to complement the scallion and up the ante.
