Title: Product looks good but no guidance or support
I purchased soapstone cookware and while it looks authentic, I had some basic questions about how to clean and use it properly. It also started giving a strange smell during use, which made me concerned. I tried to contact the seller but received no response. A simple instruction guide or at least basic support would have really helped. Disappointed with the lack of customer care.

Crack in the pot
I received this product on 9th March. Within a week I have noticed the crack underneath the pot and once inside the pot. Very disappointed for the amount I have paid. Have asked for the replacement. Let’s see how it’s turn out.
