Yamaha TW200 Extended Seat Bolts (Set of 2)

It makes removing the seat a lot easier. A small item but a big help

Well would like to return but paying for USPS shipping basically loses half the product return. They will not work. The rub on the lower bracket and can not be installed. The thread pattern is correct but they rub on the bracket and can’t be aligned to the the seat hole because they hit the bracket. Don’t waste your money on these.

These came in a no-frills packaging, but their actually quality was awesome! They fit like a glove with no modification needed and make removing and reinstalling the seat a breeze! No more fumbling a socket in a hard to line up place like before, these are definitely meaty enough to manipulate even while wearing gloves. Should have gotten these YEARS ago.

I lost these on my first ride, but we did 20 miles of pretty jarring terrain. I only found out when I dropped the bike and the seat came rolling off down a hill in the most hilarious way in front of my friends. I'm going to buy them again, add purple (weak) threadlocker, and maybe give them a twist with an allen. They are far easier to get in place than the stock bolts, so even if you're going to torque with a driver this will be much simpler and faster to do. I do wish the threaded section was longer though. If you install a tail rack there's not as much thread engagement as I'd like. I'd gladly trade 5 or 10mm of height from the big part for 5 or 10mm extra thread if it's being machined from the same piece. Not sure if that contributed to losing them or not.

Super easy to install, makes taking the seat off a breeze, been on multiple trail rides and they have not come loose at all. I like the holes in the bottom of the knob makes it so you can slide any object through it to create more leverage to tighten or loosen. Definitely would buy this product again! Trail fix’s will be a breeze!

Fit easily works better than stock. I even added a tether so they wont get lost.

Unfortunately the length of the bolt appears even shorter than the stock 10mm seat bolts (the threaded portion). This is a problem because if there is an aftermarket rack, the stock seat bolts may barely thread the seat frame. This will not fit my '24 TW200 with a rack that uses the seat bolts to help secure it.

a bit pricey - but worked better than the yama stock bolts which was almost impossible to replace the 2nd bolt. so I got these and with some work they fit.
