DP Bath Naranjo- Single lever bidet mixer tap, silver

THE TAP ITSELF WAS FINE BUT WHEN MY PLUMBER WENT TO FIT IT THE CONNECTION S WERE ALL CONTINENTAL AND HE HAD TO GO OUT TO BUY ENGLISH FITTINGS VERY VERY ANNOYING AS THIS INVOLVED EXTRA COST IN BUYING THE FITTINGS PLUS EXTRA COST AND TIME HAVING TO GO TO THE LOCAL PLUMBERS MERCHANT

The tap looks good and delivery was prompt. Cannot fit it because the robber washer that goes between the tap and the bidet is too small to fit the groove in the base of the tap. I don't want to return the item for refund because apart from that point, the whole thing looks quite good. Cannot see any way to contact the vendor to request the proper sized washer so am just hoping that someone will act after reading this review. I expect that with the correct washer, I would be able to award a higher score.

Dreadful, flexy connectors had perished "O" rings and leaked so i bought new flexibles (half a day wasted) and the tap is still leaking
