Q: Are these suitable for the gym?

Depends what you will be wearing them for in the gym. They are lightweight with good grip rubber soles but there is no ankle support.

Q: are these machine washable?

Well they're water shoes. My wife is wearing them on stoney beach. Regularly in the water. Haven't washed them yet. Just rinsed them out. I expect they will be fine in a machine. Short cycle 20c. Putting them in a mesh bag would be another option

Hello, thank you for liking it. Currently our water shoes are only available in sizes from 3 UK to 11.5 UK.
