We purchased to replace a Reliable steamer (2 in 10 years).Decided to take a chance and very happy! Love the adjustable pressure option.

La máquina me llegó toda mojada. El panel de control roto, el pedal de acción de vapor se queda pegado y lo único que puedo hacer es apagar la máquina para que se resetee , si puedo era devolver el equipo lo hiciera. No es de buena calidad. No para e acero inoxidable, parece láminas de galvanizado. Tiene buena presión pero sale un chorro de agua de vez en cuando y arruina todo.

got this steamer, all the parts are there and easy to put in place EXCEPT for 3 Blue O-Rings, that don't fit anywhere and the instruction manual (if you could call it that), tells you nothing about it or where thy fit

This was much larger and heavier than I was expecting, but wow it is industrial and I can use for many items. Would be good for a small business that cleans valuables and sentimental items. Set up is pretty easy with the directions and the foot pedal makes it handy to use both hands. This packs a punch, so be ready for a mild steam bath.

It takes forever to start ! Not usefull

Easy to use and i like the idea it refill the small tank automatically I will give it 5 star if the pressure higher.
