When I put the system together the pump started squealing like a bushing went bad after 15 minutes

The assembly was harder than expected due to tubing installation. I can say that it does not leak like others have claimed. I’m about 2 months in and noticed the air pump is failing. It nearly moves enough air to make bubbles. Hoping the vendor reads this. The pump should last longer than 2 months.

Pump started hard and died the next day. A better replacement pump bought for $27, as I needed it right away. Other than that it's going great with good results.

It's a complicated system, but it's a very good system. If you learn how to use It, figure out how to put it together, how to keep the nutrients,ppm,etc just right. You can grow some amazing plants really fast.

I bought the 4+1 set from the same place. Absolutely loved it...this one is horrible I set it up the exact same way but cannot get water to my last 3 buckets. I have upgraded the pump 3 times to make sure I now have an 800gph pump pushing and as you can see it barely trickles at the end. I followed the directions letter for letter (I assure you I'm not ignorant) I have placed and removed air blasted and replaced every line to no avail. There is something off with this entire system. Avoid the headache and frustration I've been dealing with and just get a different set. So disappointed I spent this much money only to lose more to replace it somehow.

I really like this set up so far…I built a platform so I could move the set up easy and clean behind it. The overall set up wasn’t hard, just took some time and patients. Don’t rush, and this kit will turn out very nice. I am at the point of letting my water gas off and did a system check, everything worked as expected. I would recommend rinsing the clay pebbles…none of the videos suggested that, that are on the reviews. Other than that…I’m impressed.

water pump stopped working 1 week after setting up causing the water to go back into the rez and leak substantially fast out of the hole where the pump cord goes through on the back of the bucket. not sure what to do as i spent 3+ hours cleaning water out of the tent which stressed my plants out. will be looking for a new pump as i see in other reviews customer service is horrible.

It's a great system for the price. I'd give it 4 or maybe 5 starts, but the most basic part of customer service is completely missing....they do not sell any spare/replacement parts, so if any part breaks or gets lost, you're on your own, scouring hardware stores for a $20 part to restore your $230 system.
