Does what it says on the tin.
Is a saw blade, it saws!

This is the wood blade. Pity there's not a finer toothed version for fine picture framing.
This cuts well but not as neatly as thin picture framing really requires. The finer toothed version is actually a hacksaw type blade for plastic and metal, so doesn't really respond to the problem. I don't think this blade/mitre jig set up provides a fine wood blade, so at least this blade is cheap.

Yes, I buy it again.
This is the first replacement blade I've purchased since buying the original saw many years ago (no I don't use it every week but over the years it has been used many, many times). Would definitely recommend the saw to others and would buy again if I had to. The only reason I've not rated the replacement blade as 5* is that I wish the blade had a slightly courser tooth pitch so it sawed through work quicker. However, the blade does provide a good finish.

Too thin
I bought this assuming it would be a better quality than the cheaper Silverline equivalent, which was criticised for the metal gauge being too thin and not cutting straight. Unfortunately I found this to be the same. My micrometer measured the thickness of the blade as .020" whereas the original was .028" - so this Draper blade is almost 30% thinner. The blade gradually twisted away from the vertical as it cut. Admittedly I was cutting a thick piece of hardwood but the original blade didn't do this. Perhaps if you only cut thin/soft wood then it may be OK, but I returned it.
