The end caps to hold the wire pieces were missing and the magnet was also missing. Also the unit keeps disconnecting from its wifi, so you have to keep stopping and try to get the wifi back on.

There is no reason for this thing to require a WiFi connection. It's attached to my phone, so it has the power it needs. I want to see the image I'm looking for (inside an engine cylinder). That's all I want from it. Why does it NEED A WIFI CONNECTION?????? It kept disconnecting from WiFi and DEMANDED that I reconnect before it would show me an image. Ridiculous!Setting aside the WIFI GARBAGE, the picture it shows is good.I do not recommend this product, due to the RIDICULOUS WIFI REQUIREMENT! Another reviewer thought this may have spy ware. I think they are correct.

The picture was clear for about 3 minutes then it went all blurry. Will not turn clear again. Returning for refund.

overall picture quality is fair but could be better. but for the price it does what i need it to .

Very strange. Downloaded the app-really never thought it might be spyware. Tried to use it in the house with wifi but wouldnt connect with two different Iphones Where I wanted to use it doesnt have wifi but I tried there just to see if it would work and it didnt. Returning today and will buy a endoscope that doesnt require a wifi connection. Baffling to me how so many others are able to fire this thing right up.

Product will meet my uses but video and lighting quality were not as good as the add depicted.

This product requires the download of an App in order to work. The App requires a credit card although it says CC won't be charged. The app rejected my CC numerous times although it is active. Several minutes after repeated attempts to use the CC for the App, my bank notified me of two fraudulent charges on that same CC which the bank declined. Either this Chinese product or the Chinese App is working as a scam. Beware!

Preface - I work in technology, developing web and mobile applications, this was not user error. I downloaded the required accompanying app, followed the instructions, and my iPhone would never recognize the device. There were no lights or visible activity on the device. The local network never recognized the device. The device was physically plugged into the iPhone. I tried two different iPhones. I am returning this product.
