Update: we have communicated to Erommy that we would like to buy replacement panels to fix the sagging roof and asked about supports for the top. They have informed us they cannot sell us any parts to fix the roof. Now we have a gazebo with a roff that leaks and is falling apart. We are very displeased with this situation and don't know how we are going to be able to fix the roof panels. The frame of this gazebo is very sturdy and good quality. We purchased the aluminum composite canopy gazebo 12' x 16'. There are two long panels in the roof on either side that don't have any support at the top. We noticed that the long panels began to sag and this winter have now popped out of the frame on one side of the roof. We are concerned that the other two will pop out soon too. I have sent a message to Erommy to see what we can do even though we bought the gazebo March of 2024. I think if I was to purchase one again I would consider the galvanized roof or one that was supported better. It does show in one of the pictures the underside of the roof and shows there are supports for those long panels and we never had any.

Received all boxes within a week. No missing parts and no damaged parts. My girl friend and I were able to assemble it in 10 hours over the course of 3 days due to work schedules. Pretty straights forward assembly. The directions were pretty clear. It fits perfectly in the space we wanted it. It’s definitely worth the price you pay!

We received the boxes in good shape, but when we started putting it together, we noticed a lot of dents and scratches. A little touchup paint included would’ve been nice

good thing about this is the directions to assemble this unit, if you follow up the instructions it can be done by one person with a little help here and there in day and 1/2, towards the end I run short on screws #1 ( 8)and I had few parts that are damaged (GG) and one exterior post. I hope I can get replace the panel , the post and they can send me 8 more screws #1 to be able to finish it up. Thank you ! Best Regards ilie iacobet

If you want a gazebo to enjoy good times in your backyard, this is a great option. The material is of excellent quality, resistant and at an affordable price. I had a small problem with damage upon delivery, but I contacted the support service and they promptly They solved the problem by sending new parts, I really recommend it.

Assembly difficult re: peeling off protective skins from roof panels was tedious and my hands were sore and knuckles skinned a bit but still very much worth it.

The item arrived in 6 different boxes. No papers or instructions to even identify what product had been shipped or what brand the product was. I contacted Erommy and was told to look it up online. It was incredibly frustrating using directions on a cell phone in broad daylight. I contacted this company about damaged parts from shipping and they could not help aside from me disassembling and returning all 6 boxes for an 80% refund. I contacted customer service here and the Erommy company after all of the welds began to rip out and the screws began to pull completely out of the metal (male and female ends).The welds tore out in 6 months like an aluminum can. Erommy will not honor their warranty. I am left with holes drilled into my new concrete pad, disassembly and the cost of disposable of all of these metal and fiberglass pieces. This is the biggest purchase mistake I have ever made online.
