Sturdy and secure as I expected
Heavy chain coated in fabric to limit scratching. I like the combination lock so i don't have to carry around another key

The bike locked is sturdy, sturdy enough to deter any thieves from thinking about carton off your bike. It’s easy enough to use with my fat tires. It would work better with smaller ones, but it’s still operational with mine other than that it’s fantastic easy to use.

It does what it's supposed to do.
It locks my ebike securely. The chain is handy when there's no bike rack and I need to lock the ebike to something large. Good, sturdy lock.

Wonderful customer service
The first one wouldn’t open in the default code. I contacted the company and they sent a new one right away. Second one worked like a charm. These are sooooo thick and heavy. Bolt cutters should not be able to get through them. Very good quality. I’m super happy with my purchase.We have our gate locked together with ours. Time will tell how it holds up in the weather, especially the ice and snow.

Very secure
I use this lock for my e-bike when I take it to the gym. The chain is long enough to wrap around the frame and front tire and connect to the metal hand rail using the U shaped lock. It is well covered and does not scratch the bike rimes. It is heavy so I pack it in my backpack rather than on the bike. I like that the lock slider works so smoothly and allows the lock to stay on the code until the slider is moved. Having pushed the smaller loop through the larger one was useful on one occasion so that is a thoughtful feature.

Do not buy.
Gave 1 star cause I had to otherwise it would get Zero. Worked the night I set the code cause let's face it.. who's leaving it 0000 right. Next morning I got up to go to work and it refused to open. Yes I knew the code it's my anniversary. And I tried for like a hour after work. I had to take a uber to work and back which I won't get refunded for cause my motocycle was stuck in my parking lot. Then after about a hr of messing with it I just cut off all the plastic with a razor blade and with a Phillips screwdriver started prying on it till it broke loose. I am sending it back in pieces. Waste of time and money.
