Slightly bent, didn't slide correctly. No clicking sound so it's not even functioning. 100% failed in every aspect..Ordered a replacement to see if it was just that one.Replacement received. This one clicks and slides properly but the flame lights and instantly goes out. Horrible lighter. Don't waste your money, spend a little more and don't buy it cus it "looks cool" like I did. Doesn't matter how cool it looks if it doesn't work...

The media could not be loaded.  This is such a gorgeous lighter!! It looks super fancy and has a nice weight to it. The back is textured to provide a bit of grip, but my only gripe is that the grip could be a little grippy-er, since sliding the front plate downward requires some grip strength. (As you can see, I had to use both hands.)I had no problem getting it to work. If you're having issues, I'd try freezing the lighter first, so upon filling it with butane, the gas turns into liquid and you get a bit more into the container. I turned down the screw that make the flame smaller, but it's still a strong blue flame, with an audible hissing exhale when it ignites. It's definitely a statement piece for parties, or when you need to offer someone a cigarette to chat them up for information... ya know.

Tried getting it to work for over an hour. Kept filling and re-filling with butane. But only held a flame once.Super cool design - love that, but it doesn't work. Bummer!

As beautiful as this is.. and no matter how many times I “fill” it. It simply doesn’t work. I’m so disappointed with this purchase.

First of all it's so easy to fill. Second of all it looks amazing even better than the pictures it's high-end the activation slide has a nice click to it and it was a great value 5 stars I highly recommend
