Tried plugging it in, it won't charge my phone at all no matter the power source. It doesn't even light up.

Can’t use with a case
This can’t be used with a case on your phone so it increases the risk of breaking your phone since you have to take it out everyone you want to charge it

Doesn’t do what it’s supposed to
It lights up sometimes and looks pretty but that’s it. Half the time it won’t acknowledge my phones on it and when it does 9/10 times it doesn’t even charge my phone

It came with out palstic wrap loked like it had been opened already and the charger wasn't even the right kind that it required to turn on
