I bought this for my yellow lab, who sheds like crazy, to get ahead of it this year. As I was reading the instructions on how to use it, I had a cat in my lap who frequently gets mats on his back. I usually give him a "mom-cut" to remove them, but I brushed him with this tool while he was in my lap just to try it out and it brushed the mats right out in just a few strokes. And he loved it! I don't know how we've lived without this thing all this time. All my furbabies love it and it they look so much better. It's very sturdy and well-made for thick-haired pets but also works on the thinner hair too.

This is the best grooming brush that I have ever owned. We have three cats and two of them have medium length hair. I watched a video again before using it and realized that brushing against the hair, instead of with it, produced better results. I had not realized it the first time I watched the video before I ordered it. I could not believe how much hair I was able to comb out of the two cats. Great product.

I have a Maine Coon cat. I just used this to “brush” her. I can’t tell you how amazing it was. I know that she’ll be so much cooler this summer. It really gets the undercoat. There was so much fur that was brushed off that it filled a plastic grocery bag. I had a comb that I thought was doing a good job but it was nothing compared to how well this worked. It was messy, there was fur flying everywhere. We vacuumed and I took a quick shower, shook out my clothes and threw them in the wash. She enjoyed it for the most part, she only lashed out when I tried to get her ruff under her chin. She might have been overstimulated at that point. I highly recommend but know there will be fur everywhere. Messy but worth it for her comfort.

Works good on my 5 German Shepard’s , I should have ordered the larger one but this still works great ,it gets the undercoat great but will pull the hair if you are not careful, it’s pretty easy to clean and seems pretty durable so far

This brush is amazing!! Its light weight in my arthritic hand and the tines are not sharp. I can’t believe how much undercoat came off my long haired cat. He’s usually skittish when I brush him, but he sits still when I use this one. His shedding is greatly reduced, and now, on to my other cats!!!

If I could give 1000 stars I wouldThis is by far the best dog brush I have ever used and I have tried a bunch of them (I have 2 German shepherds) so getting them brushed out and a a big deal for meThe first time I used it on my dogs I got a 5 gallon bucket full of hair and it only took about 10 minutes and a hand full of snacks that means less hair on my floors and them seem to like it better than any other brush I used before.

Works great. We have 2 Maine coons, as soon as I got the brush I used it on the worst one and every stroke took off so much fur and removed the smaller knots. In less than 5 minutes I had enough fur to make a new cat. Love this brush

The brush worked magic. I have a long haired cat who sheds like crazy and regular brushes couldn't penetrate her coat well enough. I got enough fur from her to make her a body double. Super easy to use, it doesnt catch on skin or hurt her, and the comb is super helpful for hard to reach areas. Great product, and way cheaper than the ones at petsmart
