Slim flex insoles
Was issued a set from my podiatrist and needed to replace them. I am flat footed and these give me the support I need. Great and comfortable highly recommend

Great for your arches but quite hard. Also lifts your foot so some shoes/trainers feel a bit uncomfortable as your heel is slipping out. Works if you can pull out the original insoles from the shoe.
