Great design and service
The sink is of awesome design and quality. The customer service is excellent and they are very helpful and always available for any kind of problem. The flow from waterfall faucet can be improved. I bought it for 25k but the price dropped quickly after that. Great buy.

Nothing works properly within 6months
Nothing works properly within 6months. Their customer helpdesk is worst. They are taking more that a month to fix issue.. response is pathetic as well

Not as deep as advertised
I wanted to replace the item installed in my sink for a deeper one and to my dismay I found out that it was the exact same size. It was advertised as three Inches whereas the actual depth is one and a half inch as I have shown in the picture. As far as quality is concerned it's good.

Superb
Received as expected many people has advice me to buy from market and not to go for online but i made a right decision by going online as i save more than 10k though i didnt fit it yet but after i open the package and inspect it i found all ok and my wife also was impress with it. I strongly go for this dont hesitate. I will be writing again with photos after fitting as my house is still under construction and it will take approx 2 to 3 months to complete may be earlier than that

Wished it worked as good as it looks
The media could not be loaded. I bought the most expensive product from the respite catalog. The double waterfall kitchen sink with digital display. The first question I had in mind was how does the digital display work because it neither has a power source nor does it have any built in battery. And rightly so , post installation I see that the so called digital display is not showing anything. The sink also fails to drain all water and some water always remains in the sink which I have to manually remove defeating the entire purpose of buying this expensive sink. I raised a query to the customer support and all I got in return was it happened due to incorrect installation. How can incorrect installation affect the digital display? God knows. Everything else is working perfectly fine except the digital display. Good luck to those who purchase this sink as it will be a hard time getting it installed with zero support from the brand Respite
