I have tried different antifungal meds, the powder and the spray as well and all worked for a short period but stopped, what about this one?

It works great! Used it for a couple of weeks to clear up all the rashes on my feet. It's been over a month since I stopped using the cream and I am still clear. Awesome product.

What are the ingredients? The details just repeat 'natural ingredients'

I am not sure. There is an illustration on Amazon which shows 4 plants and the names are underneath. There is a slight menthol odor but it is not overbearing.

There's a lot of menthol or wintergreen that's for sure! It will make you jump and howl if it gets into seriously broken skin. There's a list of herbs in a couple answers, but I can't smell anything but heavy wintergreen. Whatever, it is helping. Wintergreen is antimicrobial and does increase blood flow. I'm noticing improvement.
