First one received was cracked but didn’t know it until it was sitting on the counter for an hour or so and soap leaked out. Returned and ordered another. Second seems to be ok.

Product Doesn’t Work: Pump Won’t Dispense Lotion

I got this for my bathroom and the pump didn’t work. I tried twisting the cap, rotating the pump and nothing came out.The straw part seems to be too short and I tried it with the advertised lotion.I’m disappointed because I was looking forward to this addition to my bathroom.
