Very Impressed
I recently purchased a hot tub cover and I am absolutely in love with it! The cover is made from high-quality materials that are built to last, and it has exceeded my expectations in terms of durability and functionality. One of the things that I love about this hot tub cover is how easy it is to install and use. It fits perfectly over my hot tub and is designed with user convenience in mind. I appreciate the lightweight construction, which makes it easy for me to take the cover off and put it back on whenever I want to use my hot tub.Another great feature of this cover is its ability to maintain the temperature of the water in my hot tub. Since I live in a cooler climate, I was worried about losing heat through the cover, but this hasn't been an issue at all. The cover fits snugly over my hot tub and keeps the water nice and warm, even on colder days. Finally, I have to mention the aesthetic appeal of this hot tub cover. It looks fantastic on my hot tub and really adds to the overall look and feel of my backyard space. The cover is available in a variety of colors and styles, so it's easy to find one that fits your personal preferences.Overall, I highly recommend this hot tub cover to anyone in the market for a high-quality, durable, and easy-to-use cover for their hot tub. It's been a game-changer for me, and I know that it will be for you too!

Cover is acceptable
Appears all tightening buckles are all installed backwards so it is awkward to tighten them

Himal vs Ucedar Hot Tub cover
I purchased a Ucedar hot tub cover 2 yrs ago, and rated it at 5 stars. It is a very good cover. But, it developed mold/mildew on the surface, which was a bit unsightly (though, it probably did not affect the protective value of the cover). I tried power washing it: not very effective. Then I tried Star Brite Mildew Stain Remover. This product is fantastic and works quickly on hard surfaces. It did work on a test section of the hot tub fabric -- but, it required a lot of scrubbing, which was time consuming. ( It would have taken me about 5 hrs or more to scrub the entire cover, and then I would probably have to go over it again.) So, I decided it made more sense to purchase a new cover.I was going to order another Ucedar cover, but the size that I had previously ordered (91 x 91) was no longer offered. I then searched all the cover offers on Amazon and the web. It seems that 95 x 95 is the new standard size that is offered by all the manufacturers! So, I was resigned to order the 95 x 95 size, and narrowed it down to the Ucedar and the Himal brands. I figured: let's try another brand to see if it is less likely to have a mildew/mold problem. So, this is my reaction to the Himal, which I rec'd a few days ago: the Himal is definitely made from lighter weight material (compared to the Ucedar). It is light-weight material. I would say that the Ucedar is made from medium-heavy weight material. I suspect that the Himal will not last as long as the Ucedar -- though, only time will tell. The Himal, being light-weight, will be more likely to be blown off the hot tub. The 95 x 95 size is a bit large for my 91 x 91 hot tub, but the 4 corner clasps seem to be sufficient to tighten it around the hot tub. There are adjustable straps at each corner, with a male snap. Then there are two differently-positioned female snap clasps into which the male snap goes. So, you can tighten the cover's fit by snapping the male piece into one or the other of the female snaps. Then, you can also pull the strap tighter (or looser). In addition, there is a bungee-cord like rope that can be pulled tight, with an adjustment on two opposite sides of the cover. That is, there are two places that allow you to pull and tighten the bungee cord. The 95 x 95 size, with the straps pulled tight, yields a bit of a sloppy-looking cover. But, I think it should stay in place. However, because of its looser fit, there is more of a likelihood that high wind could really pull at the light material. Now, surprisingly, a few days after I rec'd the Himal cover, I notice that Ucedar is now offering the 93 x 93 size again! So, they lost out on my purchase this time. If the Himal cover fails, I will go back to the Ucedar (assuming they still have the 93 x 93 size.)Overall: I don't have any long-term experience with the Himal cover. But, comparing to the Ucedar, I would purchase the Ucedar, definitely.

Not weatherproof
I replaced another cover that lasted 2 years before falling apart. I just put this on in the fall, but it is not waterproof, so it is constantly wet under this cover and I imagine when it gets warm mold or mildew will be likely. It is otherwise okay, but I donโt like the fact that it doesnโt repel water at all as far as I can tell.I will recommend the company and customer service. They contacted me and sent a replacement cover, but unfortunately this one got moisture under it when it rained also. Not sure how. It looks like it is well coated with waterproofing and stays in place just fine, but after it rained there was water under it like the last one.

Didn't last a year
This is the second of these covers that I've bought. The first one lasted for about 2 years. This latest one hasn't lasted a year. As others have said, it is not waterproof. The main complaint is that I bout this in February of 2022 and by Christmas is was already faded and thin, We had one good normal Alabama thunderstorm that tore the top. This second cover doesn't seem to be even the quality of the first one. I'd be better off buying a cheap tarp with grommets then using this. Not recommended because of durability and not waterproof.

easy to use and protects hard cover from elements well
a little big for my spa but i knew that buying it, the adjustable straps keep it in place well. our cover was leaking and let water from snow into the spa, this keeps the water out and has helped with heating the spa. im sure like most covers this will breakdown and degrade with time but will definitely buy again for the price and that it will keep the actual cover in great shape over time,

Perfect cover to save your cover.
Had to order a new spa cover and this time wanted a cover to protect my cover. My spa cover is 84" x 84" and I ordered this 85" x *85 cover. The fit is perfect. It easily slides over but is snug enough where I'm not afraid of it blowing off. I couldn't be happier with the fit or the quality. Thick and attractive. I give it my highest recommendation.

Works just as expected
Purchased this to lengthen the life of my foam cover on my hot tub since those are so expensive (mine cost me over $300 to replace). My spa guy recommended that I find another light cover to go over the foam once since it is so expensive to replace. I found this one and it meets my needs and is easy to install. Happy with the purchase.
