This pillow is a comfortable shape, a good size (not too small or big) and good firmness (not too soft or hard) it is helpful for leg and hip alignment and getting comfortable for side sleeping

It’s soft, shaped well, and holds onto body heat which is pretty good for sore knees.But it can hold onto a little bit too much heat and make me sweat.I wish it was a bit stretched out and had a bit of a bend to it, I don’t sleep with my legs straight when side sleeping & I doubt anyone else does.

I actually tried it under my head one night and it became my regular side sleeping neck supporting pillow. ****

This pillow is supposed to fit your thigh. The strap sewed on it, is not flexible, without stretch, and does not go above your knee. It is useless as a knee or thigh pillow for sleeping as advertised, because the loop attached is in the wrong place (it should be sewn on the larger side of the pillow, not the end), and the wrong size, you are unable to get the non-flexible strap above your knee, it is supposed to go on your thigh, so it stays on you all night, while you sleep.

i've had other pillows that pop out when you turn over. this one stays in place. Relieves the pain.
