i bought this item for my wife who suffers with ms constpation is an issue this was very easy to use comfortable and very easy to clean and mostly it helped a great deal she feels a lot better now.

Absolutely fantastic piece of kit to help expel and clean your booty hole. Thoroughly clean the pink silicone puffer with hot soapy water and wash all suds away. Unscrew the douche and fill with filtered body temperature water. Re-place the lid add the silicone head of your desire. Pop a little lube on your booty hole, insert the douche and gently, gently squeeze the water out of the douche until empty. As if you are cleansing, gently empty your bowel. The waste will exit down the toilet. If you do not feel clean you can refill with water and replete the process. Once finished place the douche head into hot soapy water to clean for future use. I hope this brief explanation will assist in your douche journey. Douching is NOT embarrassing. I would definitely recommend this product, they even supplied a carry storage solution bag for cleaned douches.

The product it’s a really good quality and easy to use, regarding its functionality, 2 bulbs of water and you’re clean I think because of how the water sprays from the tube, and also really to carry around or pack in the suitcase, will definitely buy again

Do not buy this cheap cr*p Honestly can’t believe the nerve of charging this amount for such a bad product. Fell to pieces after one use - have asked for a refund. Also it’s a lot smaller than the pictures and almost impossible to squeeze once filled with water. Avoid.

I bought this item for myself. I was a bit worried about how to use it, but when I started to use I feel comfortable; the material is soft and easy to clean. I would recommend to buy.

I honestly didn't get this for enemas, but for cleaning fish tanks lol. I use turkey basters quite a bit for sucking up debris from the bottom of my tanks, and sometimes for transferring babies or eggs as well. The more rigid plastic turkey basters tend to get brittle and crack, or they decompose and get a sticky feel to them after a couple of years. The silicone basters last longer but they're more squishy and don't have much suction power, so this higher capacity and nicer quality bulb seemed to be exactly what I needed. It came with 3 different tips. Two of them are about the same functionally, but different in color (white and black). The clear nozzle actually looks very appropriate for an enema since it is soft and flexible with a hole coming out of the side so it's less likely to damage sensitive tissue during a stronger burst of fluid. I would actually like to get more of these for different purposes. I'm not about to use something on my body that has been in a fish tank, and I wouldn't use one for nasal irrigation that had been previously used for an enema. Just a personal preference, but these do not look easily cleanable since the hole is so small. I can't imagine being able to insert anything more than a cotton swab in there for cleaning, and that would be a super long and difficult process. I'll have to experiment with attaching different and longer tubes to the bulb as well, for getting into hard-to-reach corners of my aquariums, but so far so good. I'm happy with this, thanks.

Comes with 3 tips and a larger than expected silicone bulb in a nice little box, and while it's a bit cheap looking the item itself is good quality. The tips fit very snugly into the bulb, actually I could only get the flexible one seated fully. One of the listing photos says there are 2 soft tips and 1 hard, but there's actually 2 hard and 1 soft. So I dinged one star but overall it's fine.
