Just purchase it
I was skeptical about the quality of the bar and the resistance bands but they are excellent quality. The quality is the same as the x3 bar which I have owned for several years. The bar has a very rough knurling which I like, the bands are heavy duty, I was able to use the x-heavy band for calf raises and tricep pushdowns. My only gripe is that can be a little annoying is swapping bands which can be a little hassle but I'd rather deal with the hassle than ditch out $500 for the real thing.

Got these July 2024. Light and Medium bands started tearing Oct 2025. Used them consistently once a week for 4 sets.

Heavy Duty and strong bands!!!
These are the bands for individuals looking for heavy duty resistance!! They are great quality and what I have been looking for to supplement my strength stretching with negative resistance!!! Ive ordered and used the other brands on here, they are color coded!! They are great for average strength and beginners new to bands!!! I will post again in 6 months for durability review.. FYI the other brand I have used in the past still work and have held up for 3 years!!
