Avoid!!
Absolute rubbish signed up on app then verified email and then would t let me log in, kept saying error so reset password and then did same thing wouldn’t let me sign up as email was in use. Customer service is shocking web chat tell you to call then when you call they send you a link which is to login which I can’t do then phone goes dead. Sent straight back and had to go buy another as business due to open tomorrow. Avoid!!

Customer service awful
Not a bad machine . No z report. Customer service awful- another level poor. The staff are highly untrained . I was told to buy a till printer that isn’t compatible, awaiting call backs (5) You cannot use any printer with this model. So the qr code function is completely false hope. Cheap if you can figure it out yourself . Expect no help from customer service- you’ll spend hours being thrown queue to queue

Nice bit of kit but no way to customise to suit business need
Good points - nice sturdy piece of kit and straightforward to set up. Bad points - items are listed alphabetically, this cant be changed to create a layout to group products on the page. No options for flexibility in pricing either, items have a set price. For this amount of money, I'd expect to be able to customise layout and prices it to suit our business needs. The fact you can do neither means it's completely unsuitable.
