Great choice for all around dessert cookbook
Working through this, every recipe has been good so far. Only criticism is I wish the recipes included weight measurements for all ingredients

Great but wish it was more kitchen friendly
It made a fantastic gift but I do wish that the book itself was on a spiral to make it more kitchen-safe and easier to use while baking! I love how it has all the good essentials and base recipes!

I expected a book called Encylopedia of Desserts to be about desserts, not cookies,cakes and tarts. This is an American book. The weights were all in cups and ounces, not grams. I sent it back. Not what I was after at all - it is a baking book.

My granddaughter bought it and is giving it to her couson. She didnt like how the ingredients ar on ounces, not in cup and spoonful
