Good unit, but don't use the tape that comes with it
DO NOT USE THE SUPPLIED TEFLON TAPE. It leaks, get some pipe dope or better tape from your local supply store. Had to hire a plumber to come look because I kept tightening the NPT fittings but the leaks wouldn't stop. Bad tape two units in a row (I returned the first one for leaks, and 2nd leaked the same way). Other than that, the unit is well made, and pretty nice. Solid brass valve, hardware seems solid. Good quality.

Poorly made!!!
this that has cost me more money than I could have ever imagined. My bathroom was redone and I ordered this set for the shower upon installation. My plumber realize that the threading didn’t match up and it was leaking so we had to uninstall it and Amazon sent me another set so I could take the parts out. That same piece that had the issues to begin with was leaking in my shower yesterday and upon barely touching it to unscrew it, It’s actually not even together. I have to pay a plumber to come again to fix this and Amazon can’t send me the parts again and I’m waiting for the company to respond. Do not buy this set.

You’ll love shower time
So far this is the best shower I’ve ever used in my life! Better than any hotel, resort, or any house I ever stayed. I don’t know if it’ll last. Quality seems ok. No problems with it so far. It doesn’t feel like it’ll last for 30 years, but also doesn’t feel like it’ll break next month. But honestly, if it lasts for a couple years, it’s worth every cent. Price is great, and you’ll have the best shower of your life for sure.
