It's quiet. It Works. It is USB rechargeable which is great because I live in Florida & if we lose power due to hurricanes, this will be a life saver. It can double as a lantern. I used it in the screened in lanai & caught those mini mosquitoes that can get thru the screens.Cleaned easily in seconds by rinsing under the kitchen sink faucet. Bigger & Bright & caught more bugs than another brand I bought (that got returned)

Works good for purpose. Light in weight. You don't need to assemble,. Only hear bugs being zapped (only noise). The battery is ok, doesn't last all night on just zapper.

Another one that deserves ZERO stars. I was excited to get this for it's portability. This year, for some reason, mosquitos decided they liked to ride with me to work in my car. I knew they were in the car, because, I go barelegged, and wear a lot of skirts and dresses to work in the summer. It charged well, the light was on, IT CAUGHT ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. So I thought maybe there weren't any mosquitos in my car that day. Not So. By the time I got home, I had bites. So I put it in the same room with my other Bug Zapper (Which I love). I opened my back door to catch some nice breezes. My other Bug Zapper went to work IMMEDIATELY. This zapper CAUGHT NOTHING. Not one satisfying zap, nada, zilch, NOTHING! I changed the positions between the two, but still nothing. Is this thing even on?

My partner and I get eaten alive by mosquitos at night no matter how hard we try to prevent them from coming into the house. We've tried so many things with little impact. I decided it was time to look for the electric light bug zappers and found these while doing research online. At first I was thinking it really wouldn't work that well inside. I'm glad I was wrong. They are very bright, very light-weight, and the battery in them means you can place them in all kinds of places. They last about 5-6hrs on battery and on all the time when plugged in. Within a few hours of having one of the 2 I purchased plugged in I hear a loud ZAP and it had a mosquito in it. After about a month I cleaned at least a dozen out of one of them. Of course it doesn't get 100% of the bugs and we do still get some bites but it's good to know they are catching a large majority of them. Note, they also have white light options and you can use them for a nightlight or an outdoor lantern if needed. I'm very happy with the purchase and might even buy more so I have one in every room of my house.

I always have such bad bugs around my sliding door where the floodlight is. I wanted something to deter the bugs from charging the door when I let my dog out at night. The setup is so easy and it performs very well while it’s on. It even has a setting where it turns on automatically only at night. It’s very portable and has little legs to stand on its own. I don’t have an outlet near my door, so I purposely needed a battery powered one. I just wish the battery life was longer. I expected it to last as long as the Ring camera let’s say, but it only lasted as long as a phone battery. Realistically, I’m not gonna bring this inside and charge it every day. It’s also hard to clear the bugs out of the product. I picture this more for usage here and there like a BBQ or fire night to deter the bugs away from the event for a few hours, but I don’t think it’s a daily use thing unless you’re willing to bring the bugs inside to charge or you’re just using it to catch indoor bugs.

It works so great and the light is bright enough.
