Purchased 4 of these to give my friends at Christmas this year, beautifully crafted and were received in good condition, the boxes on which they came are very nice, only issue is that the boxes were kind of squished (2 out of 4), but the tumbler themselves were ok, which in the end is what matters.

i was skeptical because sometimes pictures come out blurry but it came out sooo good and i’m so excited to give as a xmas gift

Purchased so my husband could have his own mug! He loved it! Added pics of his boys and he was floored!

Bought these as gifts. They were well received.

Only thing I would suggest is, give plenty time for shipping. I ordered this one and another from a different site. Unfortunately this one took about 3 weeks where the other one was delivered within a few days (less than a week).

I gave this mug to my husband. He was very happy. Then he dropped it only about a foot from the floor and the top shattered! poor quality poor craftsmanship job not well done. Don’t waste a dime of your money on this.

Size is kinda small. It makes a good gift though but if you want it for yourself, I would probably spend a lil bit more.

This is such a great custom gift, exactly as previewed and tested.Do not put in the dish washer. Otherwise very cool gift.

This was a gift for a friend so I didn’t use it but I opened it and it looked awesome!

The media could not be loaded.  The writing looks ugly, way too small, bad contrast makes it hard to read and not at all like the Retail pictures. I'll be surprised if she can read it without a magnifying glass.. I paid extra for a gift box and upgraded metal straw the box was so damaged it can't be used.This was meant as a very special gift celebrating 42 years of friendship...what a waste of money.Seller says no refunds...so buyer beware. Can't even gift it to anyone else...for what I paid...this was one of the worst purchases I've ever made on Amazon.

The mug got tied up in customs so took almost a month to arrive. The estimated delivery date was almost met. It arrived in time for Christmas, but be mindful to order in advance.Nice package and wrapped well. The straw wasn't included in the box. Bit disappointed in size of font. First line was smaller than secondary text, which wasn't what design showed when I entered my text. Not big deal, but so you are aware.Cannot snap open flap to stay open due to design placement of tab needed to open. Hard to drink when straw hole is closed. Kept drink hot for good time to consume.As a customized gift was nice, but wouldn't be my go to mug of choice for my morning commute coffee.
